Been using this app for over a year now and I love it. I can't live without it. It works great, I prefer this app over other fulfillment apps. Bulk ordering works flawlessly 95% of the time. Sometimes an order fails and I have to place the order manually, not sure what the reason for this is. This use to be completely free, but I will try the paid features soon when I open more shops.

DSers helps ease the process but there were some shipping profile issues that weren't automatically syncing with the app. Even though we ended fixing the issue ourselves, Jessica from DSers was really helpful in getting back to us quickly and was trying to help with the issue. Very friendly service.
Via helped me out today explaining how to delete products from Dsers that are no longer in Shopify. I even got some videos to show me how to do it. Great help and great service.

I had an issue with one of my cancellation of orders on Aliexpress and Catherine attended to my issue! Not only was she prompt in sorting my issues out but friendly and courteous too! Thank you Catherine for your assistance!! My experience with Dsers has been pleasant. Had another issue with linking my product on Dsers due to synchronisation problem right after the chat ended with Catherine and she gladly helped me out instantly from her end! This issue could have been rectified by waiting a couple of hours from my end but Catherine just saved her customer's time. You've been of great help, Catherine!
