Eu quero agradecer a Sr Emma, que me mesmo não resolvendo o meu problema no dia em que aconteceu (que agora já está resolvido, Amém), ela me deu o melhor atendimento que já recebi desde que começei a usar internet, teve muita paciência comigo, educada, me passou até confiança para eu passar meu e-mail para ela, para tentar resolver meu problema, ela teve tanta vontade de me ajudar, e tanta paciencia que entrou na minha própria conta, peço desculpas a emma por não ter respondido mais as mensagems, pois eu disse que meu problema tinha sido resolvido (eu realmente achei que tivesse sido resolvido) fiquei chateado com o meu problema da época, então sem graça simplesmente abandonei, e ela me perguntou se estava tudo bem, creio que por ter visto que eu não avaliei ela depois dela ter me pedido, pois eu ainda não conseguia acessar o App para fazer isso, então peço desculpas a você emma, e Obrigado!

I’ve been using this app for a few days now and it takes a little getting used from using oberlo. I was shocked to find all my 3 stores were all together on this app, which meant all products on my import list from all 3 stores were mixed together. Unfortunately when getting ready to import products there is no option to filter. There is an option to filter stores, however it doesn’t work. I’ve been importing products and it’s easy enough to do when you get used to it. I’m happy enough with this aspect of it. Another issue is the mobile version on safari, it’s almost impossible to edit and add products this way. When I was using oberlo I mostly edited and pushed my products over using my iPhone. It’s easy when you have a spare minute to work on it that way. Unfortunately this isn’t possible with DSers, I’m going to be spending my time on my laptop editing products. I do like the function of being able to push one product to all your stores if you like. This was not a function that oberlo had. Overall a good app and I would recommend. If the issue with filtering the products by store could be addressed as well as the mobile version of the app could br addresses by the team, this would be a great app. I’ve contacted support twice via Facebook messenger and received a response immediately and Mia, Tiffany and Tang were very helpful

Still trying to figure out the app and all it's functions so will KIV with a 4star rating for now. So far the customer chat service has been quite prompt and helpful, that's one of the plus point for me so far.

I just spoke to Eamily. Very helpful and very nice to chat to. Was very detailed and even gave me a screenshot to explain step by step to fulfill my orders. Was able to solve the questions that I have asked and send me a couple of advice on how to integrate Dsers with Oberlo

App is good and does what it promises 10/10. Customer service is good 8/10, however having such an wonderful app, expect the service to be excellent 15/10 so that it can give tough competition to other competitors

I can't give an honest review yet because I just started the app today. I will get back to this review in a month or two, But what I can say is that it is true that the customer service is good. Jessica was available within minutes of contacting. She was very helpful and answered a handful of questions I had about shipping and tracking. So let's see how this goes. So far so good.
