When I was having technical issues with my store, I turned to their customer service live chat feature. Not only did they quickly resolve a very frustrating issue, but the chat support was very helpful and professional. Shout out to LUNA, one of the chat agents. She made things a lot less frustrating. The customer support is next level brilliant. However I feel the pricing within DSer is slightly confusing. Even if you select product synchronisation with another country all prices are in US dollars. Be aware of this with pricing items in your store if not trading in US dollars.
