A big thank you to Raphael! I am just starting my new business and learning all the things. I pushed an order through and was having some difficulties I could not work out myself. Raphael was super helpful, quick and sent me screenshots so I could see exactly what was happening. I am sure I will be back asking questions but thank you!!

I was helped this evening by Lily and he was wonderful. Super fast service. he included screen shots that showed me exactly what to do to fix my issue. Which was that I could not fulfill my order.
he also sent me a clear list of instructions on how to place my future orders from shopify to dsers.

I'm a short time user of DSers [ 1 month now ] and made the choice after seeing many products available from suppliers, which aren't available for import by other methods.
I'm now able to find the products as well as the brands that I prefer to promote in my store.

Lucas, was extremely helpful tonight, as have the previous DSers customer service representatives. He had the correct answer within a matter of minutes and was very friendly in conversation.
I WILL continue to support the DSers Brand and look foreard to many more future transactions.

I was using/battling/ruining my existence using Spocket and after another issue with their Aliscraper/AliExpress set up I went to Google and found Dsers and THANK GOD I DID (as an example with Spocket, once you push a product to Shopify you can no longer see the aliexpress product page for that specific product. They suggested I start a list/save all my aliexpress product URLs to refer back to.... on thousands of products? No cheers!) ANYWAY, I have just started re-setting up my store using Dsers and the platform is incredible and better still, Sherry from the customer service team has been helping me every step and has been a star. I really feel like this could end up being a viable side hustle now whereas before it was ending up more work than my full time job!! Thank you Sherry and team! Emily x

I used your messenger app for support as I was pulling my hair out trying to figure something out on my own. I literally spent two hours adding and removing items. SOO frustrated. Within a min or two, a support chat started, and if I could high-five or hug this person, I would have. Their name is Nephele, and I can honestly say they walked me through it so fast, step by step. They were patient and waited until I followed the steps via text and screenshots (with highlighted guides!), so I would know what to look for and what to do on the pages I needed to address. They even pointed out my multiple uploads of the same product to ensure I could correct it with support if needed (lol) Don't hesitate to ask for help. They know the site inside and out and will save you from making errors, and give you the confidence to keep going!! You got this, and if you don't..ask for help!
