Whoever Holly is from support, she deserves a raise. Very quick to respond and helped me immediately. It was a short interaction, but that was due to holly being extremely quick to resolve the issue. Would recommend using this app, very user friendly and very helpful staff. I hardly ever leave reviews but I am genuinely impressed with their support, and Holly for addressing my issue right away. The app itself is not very intuitive when it comes to figuring out how to add products. For example some listings have too many skus and it took forever to figure out how to successfully add the products.
The customer service however is 5 + stars! Bruna from support was able to chat with me on Facebook messenger in real time and offer very thorough and helpful instructions that solved the road block I was facing.
Their customer service is top notch!
