Have not had problems with the app until today, when I went to the customer service messaging and had an extremely quick response time. My problems were solved quickly and my rep, Serein, was able to accomplish the task I needed done from her end while sending me pictures with clear instructions on how do them correctly in the future.

I was having trouble with my orders coming up as failed in DSers but SPIKE made sure to not only explain to me the situation but he walked me through every step of the way ensuring I was comfortable with the solution and more knowledgeable on orders than when I started! amazing service - my problem was solved in less than 5 minutes ! great service

Lily from Dsers really went above and beyond in assisting me through a dilemma on my account recently. Overall it took somewhat 2 hours to solve the issue in which her proficient work skills covered it.
