I had a few questions about the fullfillment, which is totally unclear on Shopify and I was helped by Tiffany.

Tiffany explained everything so clearly and had patience with what I didn't immediately understand, as I'm not very technical.

However, within 5 minutes, I understood the whole process and could continue independently.
