DSers‑AliExpress Dropshipping

Was having issues with my order, I had paid but the Shopify store was saying order unfulfilled, I contacted DSers and was fortunate to hook up with Sandy who within a few minutes looked into it and confirmed that my order had been paid and was waiting shipment. I had a problem, every time I would "push to store" it automatically set the product as "active" on Shopify. I contacted DSers, to my surprise the wait time was less than 1 minute! I literally messaged at 4:59 pm and at 4:59 pm I was responded!

Now I was answered by Chrissy, may I say Chrissy was amazing and very professional. Chrissy literally sent me THREE PICTURES to show me HOW TO do something on DSers, WITH captions to clarify it even further! The level of patience and professionalism Chrissy displayed was phenomenal! This lady broke it down for me so simply. The service I received was so professional by her.

Chrissy told me that she will "record the information you provided and report it to the relevant internal departments." So that the features on DSers will be easier for all users and future users.

I am very happy Chrissy did not make me wait at all when she responded to my message on messenger. And it is very evident she had a lot of knowledge about what she was talking about.
