For Cynthia and the entire DSers support team, the service was a perfect 10 out of 10. Cynthia was super attentive and quick, extremely efficient, and resolved a problem that seemed unsolvable in no time. She managed to investigate every step of the process and identified where the error was. She was excellent and demonstrated complete knowledge and dedication to her work. She deserves 10 stars instead of 5. DSers also deserves congratulations for their agility and prompt assistance at any time of the day. In my case, it's nearly midnight in my country, and I didn't expect to be attended to so promptly and efficiently as I was. A perfect 10 for Cynthia and DSers. Success!

Ho iniziato ad usare Dsers da circa 2 mesi ed al momento sono davvero soddisfatto.
È abbastanza semplice da usare e la loro assistenza è davvero rapidissima
Oggi ho avuto un problema nella gestione della spedizione di un ordine ed ho contattato DSers via live chat su facebook ed un loro agente, Isak, è stato davvero rapido nel risolvere il mio problema.
La velocità è importantissima nella vendita e il loro supporto mi ha permesso di non avere intoppi
