So far, BEST experience! I was running into a bit of issues trying to setup and linking my account, but Lucy was able to assist me and walk me through everything step by step. She is AMAZING and VERY HELPFUL! I would have not been able to do this without her! When starting the chat, she was very prompt in responding and acknowledging my question(s). I did not have to wait. She also provided much needed recommendations, so I wouldn't run into further issues while setting everything up. She was VERY informative and provided helpful links to guide you through.
