Via has been EXTREMELY helpful!! I was able to get my order processed with a step-by-step pictorial walkthrough. Via was extremely patient with me and helped me all the way through without frustration <3 . I hope that if I run into any issues again, Via is the one who assist me. I love DSer and would recommend this app , especially if the customer service is like this!
