Need to workout something with the customer service and I was assisted by Raphael. He was amazing! I was really stuck with an issue, but he guided me through everything step by step and made it so easy to understand. He even sent screenshots, which was super helpful because I could see exactly what to do. On top of that, he was really friendly and patient the whole time, even when I asked a few extra questions.
