The Zonos team is fantastic!
First, I moved from Global-E to Zonos. Best decision. Better rates, better service and easier integration. The team at Zonos is super responsive. It once took me 12 days to get someone on a call from Global-E during an emergency.
Second, the Zonos team went above and beyond in helping my organization solve problems with warehouse issues we were having. This was out of the Zonos scope of services but they happily helped.
Third, you can count on the Zonos team. They say what they will do and then do it.

Great hands on service getting the app set up. So far this app has provided a clear option for international customers on shipping, taxes, and duties. Most customers aren't familiar with their country's import taxes, and asking them to pay upon delivery to receive the item created tons of customer service requests and abandoned shipments. Zonos helps solve that problem and provides a clear solution.

We have swapped from Global-E to Zonos and I can say that from start the finish the on-boarding process has been simple, fast and painless. I have felt supported and listened to throughout while having everything explained clearly. The testing process is vigorous (Which Global's is not) and everything has happened exactly to the timeline we requested. Curtis was charming and helpful the entire time and has always answered my questions almost immediately despite the time difference. So far I am incredibly happy with our move and would recommend Zonos to everyone!
We had a great experience working with Zonos to bring an inclusive/ integrated approach to our website for international shipping. Matthew and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with and were able to make recommendations that have also improved our domestic shipping options for customers. 10/10 would recommend!
I love the transparency and detail on the duty and tax calculations so I know my customers are not overcharged. Also, Zonos has killer support as you can see when you read all the reviews. I use my own FedEx account which was a must. Zonos just makes the experience great for our company and our international shoppers.
I was on Market's Pro before; it was expensive and they don't refund their fees if you cancel your orders. When I switched, FedEx easily beat the DHL shipping rates that are offered with Market's Pro. Also, there is basically no support. I had an order and Shopify support didn't even understand the problem and I had to figure it out on my own and I was unable to get in contact with Global-e.
Excellent onboarding process from Matthew at Zonos. Whilst the service is pricey, so far it seems worth it and is allowing our customers to checkout with ease, with all relevant customs information presented up front. We have integrated with Fedex meaning our carried rates get pulled through. I would recommend Zonos to anyone looking to expand internationally.
Great onboarding, great app, has really helped us and looking forward to the new updates!
