DPO Dynamic Product Options

At first, this app seemed a little overkill for what we needed for our small bean-to-bar chocolate business. However, some hit-and-miss reviews for many of the alternatives out there (who wants their website broken?) plus glowing reviews for Roman's customer support led us this way. Just a few days in, and we know we made the right decision. The app does everything we need it to (with much more in the tank for when we need additional functionality), plus Roman has already helped tweak the app for our site and made speed improvement suggestions (that REALLY work). Bottom line? Get this app. I only wish we'd done it sooner.

My first online store building experience and I am taking it slow trying to make the best decisions on what apps I need to do what I need for my product pages. I took an entire Saturday trying out "product options" apps. I started with the big names that come up first in the app store and and worked my way down the list. This app is buy 1 get 10 free. It does SO MUCH. Spend the few minutes to learn it and you will appreciate even more how its designed. It has one of the best (in depth) user guides as well. Lastly I had extra "wants" for how some of my features looked, so while still on my trial version I requested a free customization (actually 3). Roman reached out in less than 24 hours and exceeded my expectations and I hadn't even been a paying customer yet. This left me warm and fuzzy! This app works.

Hands down the best app for offering options with pricing tiers. It's the most professional looking app for this I've seen and I've seen a LOT of them.

I am extremely impressed by the capacity of this app. It is formidable! I did not find anything even remotely similar to this. If you want to sell art products were the customer can input the desired size and based on that it will set a price, and you can even add finishing variants and have price based on those variations, calculate the final weight of the item, set a minimum and a maximum size... this is the place for you!
This has been a long time dream for us as a business, and it will allow us to offer better products and simplify a lot the ordering process for our customers.

The Customer Service is top notch too! Roman has set this up for us because we are artists and basically t-rex with anything that implies the use of logic and math. The documentation is awesome and so well explained, I am sure with time to read it we could have tried to do it ourselves. Don't be afraid to place a Support Ticket if you need help.

This app is amazing and a game changer. The customizability options are pretty steep and there is a learning curve for a first time user. Their help docs are decent, however there is a little to be desired for the logic they use to make things visible or hidden to your customers.

Their support helped define some issues that I had with theming and had assisted me in understanding the logic for something I wanted to do. But overall, great app that helped me save money by being an all in one app instead of me having to find 6 or 7 different paid apps that do the same thing under one umbrella. Roman was a huge help to me this week !

Really good customization app. Has been able to achieve everything we need and support tickets are responded to usually the same day.

It is a bit tricky to get used to the user interface but after a bit of playing around any computer adept store owner should be able to figure out the basics. This app supports custom HTML elements in the product options, making it possible to customize it any way you like.

All of the custom pricing works perfectly and IT ACTUALLY WORKS unlike all of the other product options apps. It's very fast to load, even on mobile devices.

So far the app has had 100% uptime and only a few minor glitches when they are optimizing the app code, if you encounter any glitches the support team will help you right away.

A very good app for the money.

We initially found this app because we were looking for the ability for a user to input a custom width and height and for the price to change accordingly based off that custom user input. This app allows us to do that - and more! We are now using this app for all of our product customization needs. This app saved us from having to spend $1000's of dollars on a custom app solution. Roman is always responsive and has a solution for everything. This app is a total life-saver and game-changer for us.

This app has the best support. Ramon fixed all issues and answered all questions we have got. Support so important for apps and JUST BUY THIS APP. You will not regret it. This app can do absolutely anything you can imagine and the best thing is the support. 10/10. Highly recommended. Buy it, Buy it. Just buy it. We have had so many support tickets sent and each one of them answered perfectly. All issues were solved completely with no questions asked. VERY VERY happy & satisfied with the support given. Highly recommended. It's a bargain. You cannot ask for more. Just buy this app.

Support is excellent and so are the features - I had quite an extensive list of requirements but I only needed to go to the "Standard" plan so I wonder what else is available on the additional two tiers! I would have preferred a feature to set the look and feel without coding for quick changes but Roman on support was happy enough to make these changes anyway. I don't like the way the additional price is displayed on the app but I am looking for a way round this now, it's certainly not a deal breaker.

Our company is building a new website on the Shopify platform, and we were having an issue with cost added variants updating the new price of an item when an option was selected. It wouldn't show until you added it to cart. Thankfully, Roman was on point, very efficient and fixed the issue in less than a couple hours! This function displaying properly, in real-time, was a vital component in deciding if we were going to keep the app after the trial period. And yes, we will be moving forward with this app!
