I cannot say enough good things about this app! I tried 5 other options apps and none of them could do what this does and this one has features I didn't even think of! So easy to use once you start and pretty darn intuitive. Super powerful app and the support is also amazing and fast. Thank you SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS APP!

App does everything I have been looking for in other apps. Roman was able to do it all up in a day!

This app is great but the support is what has impressed me the most. The standard features of this app are great if you are looking to add product options of any sort as they allow full customization like lots of other apps but with plenty of features that are unique.

We downloaded this app to try and replicate product variant dropdowns as we did not want to use product variants anymore. The reasons behind this were that each variant will index better on Google with its own specific SEO instead of being listed in a generic parent product - this isn't required for everyone but for us, we rely on search engine traffic and needed to make this change.

Roman in support has spent lots of time custom coding different features to our products within the app to help achieve our final goal and I can say now that we have achieve exactly what we wanted - individual products that appear in one drop down on each product page as if they were variants.

Wish I could give this app more than 5* but if you download and get stuck for any reason, just reach out to Roman and he will sort the problem out.

We tried this app for a week in trial and the support from Roman was typically within 24 hour reply or sooner. Which is good. This options app is hosted on a server by the app provider and therefore all options are under the control of that server and should it fail so too would your options. We found that compared to our current options the load time on desktop was not too bad but found on mobile devices (70% of shoppers are on mobile) the lag time was far greater. I think the options display far better in the cart than competitors options and should we have had a localized solution that provided our options we would surely have gone for that. Until such time as we find a better solution, we'll stick with our current options application, unfortunately.

We needed a more complex application to set build a quote for our customers, so we tried Dynamic Product Options because it has all the bells and whistles we were looking for. The support staff is amazing, they were there to help immediately with answers and solutions to our page layout issues. We are very happy with the app, and a lot of that has to do with the support we receive. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Most powerful & well run Shopify app I've come across in 12 years of using Shopify. Full stop. Brilliant functionality and epic support from Roman. At first glance it takes a minute to digest everything that is possible and it can seem overwhelming - but - once you get your hands into everything it really is as powerful & reliable as you need it to be. I had a couple glitches come up and also needed a little custom functionality - I was able to get a reply, a fix & custom edits completed in about a 1-1.5 days per request max. Sometimes the replies were minutes apart. Im blown away. I'm paying for the max subscription and I feel it is worth every penny. Only suggestion for future improvement is more content available for self training for those who may not be as intuitive in understanding it - but the excellent customer support fills this gap in the interim.

The apps capability is amazing. Everything is completely customizable. The support is great and they can help you with ANYTHING. Great service and great app! I would recommend this app to anyone.

The app is very diverse in capability and works great! One of the best supports I have used in a while. You are never taken to a FAQ page or a bot, these people are the real deal. Relatively quick response times, and expert advice. And if the information happens to be over your head they can get your permission to go into your account and fix the issue themselves. Amazing service!

If you have complex product options - Stop searching now, you've found what you're looking for. I sell a highly complex customizable product that I have built custom solutions for over a dozen times, from scratch. I've used many apps, I've done it without apps, I've solved this problem many ways. I would say I'm an expert in creating custom product display solutions. DPO is exactly what I needed, and would have quite literally saved me hundreds of hours if It had been around sooner. This app offers impressively complex, interdependent, price-determining options, without the need for multiple variants. It uses a template system, so I can apply my changes and updates to all of my products at once. It handles file uploads, allows you to edit the product in the cart once built, it is very vast, reliable, and user friendly.
The pricing is very fair, especially considering the incredible customer support. As soon as this app was installed, a real person automatically came in and optimized the app for the theme I was using. When I needed help, they walked me through changes. There is no better app on the app store than this one. 6 stars.
