While still experimenting with the features of the app, it does complement the out-of-the-box experience of Shopify and our theme just the way we want. Also, customer support has so far been exceptionally good. Thank you Lin for that!

The Easify app didn't work perfectly with my website template, but the Easify team was great at working on several areas to make it work. I was throuroughly impressed with their level of customer service excellence in not only showing me how to do some adjustments on my own, the team actually made some changes on their end specifically for my website. I couldn't be happier with the experience working with Violette (my main contact) and the others on the team (Charlie, Lich, Hoa and Mark). I highly recommend this app. We use this app for multiple stores and it provides wonderful solutions no matter what you might need to solve. On top of a great app the Support Team is amazing. They are always willing to jump in and see how the can help and have been great providing us with work-arounds or solutions to any issues/changes we need.

Great app with lot's of options to add to products and very user friendly.
We had some issues with the options not displaying correctly on our site and the issue was promptly solved by the Easify team.

Works perfectly, and has tons of options. I cant imagine a situation where it wouldn't work. There was a slight bug that happened with my theme and when i contacted them the had it fixed the next day. Really fantastic support and functionality. Would def recommend.

Anne from Easify was a great help. There were a couple of technicalities I wanted to amend in hiding the 'add-on' product (the engraving) being listed as its own item on my product page. She quickly amended this for me and answered a few other questions I had, really great service. Thanks!
