I recently came across a Shopify app called Easify and my experience, especially with the support staff member Hoa, has been nothing short of exceptional. I installed the free version of Easify onto my Shopify store running on the Canopy 5.1.1 theme and encountered an error during the setup due to a specific configuration of my theme. Wanting to give the app a fair assessment, I reached out to their support team for assistance.
In less than 10 minutes, Hoa had logged into my account as a collaborator and not only rectified the integration issue but also provided me with screenshots explaining what was done and how. I am a small business from India, we make products out of fabric waste.
I have never seen this kind of support and understanding from any other product maker till now. The support was amazing, they go out of the way to help.
