Easify Custom Product Options

4 étoiles car je n’ai pas encore pleinement exploré toutes les fonctionnalités de l’application, mais jusqu’à présent, je la trouve vraiment superbe.

J’ai rencontré deux petits soucis que je n’arrivais pas à résoudre seule. J’ai donc contacté le service client, et j’ai eu la chance de tomber sur une conseillère absolument formidable. Très sympathique, à l’écoute et surtout extrêmement efficace, elle a su régler mon problème en un temps record.

Le fait qu’elle parle français a énormément facilité les échanges. Elle prend le temps d’expliquer clairement, de reformuler si nécessaire pour que tout soit bien compris, et elle s’assure que tout fonctionne correctement. Elle reste disponible, bienveillante et propose son aide en cas de besoin, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.

Some features not so easy to set up yourself (if you're a beginner like me), but the customer support chat is always available, they respond quickly and I've always received very kind and good service, especially from Hannie.

I got the chance to try out the Easify app with its trial period. Even though I have decided to not use it going forward, as it didn't quite meet my very specific demands, I found it to be a very robust and flexible app with lots of features. I also commend the excellent customer support that I was able to communicate with in a very timely and helpful manner. They were supportive of my requests and responded quickly and precisely.

So far so good! Great options and fairly easy to use once you understand it. Online assistance has been wonderful. Today, Kat was quick to respond and help me with my issue.

This app customer support team is great. but i am not satisfied with customization i purched this pro version but it is not provide any functionality like in product page so options so i can directly add my pricing in it. so it is create good with that pricing.

Excellent support, but primarily in English

The Easify support team was very helpful and responsive! They quickly understood my question about the live preview feature and provided clear instructions on how to set it up.

Note for German-speaking users: Support is primarily in English, so basic English skills are helpful. However, the team is very patient and explains everything clearly, so communication works well even if English isn't your first language.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with Easify Premium and the support so far. Highly recommended for personalized products!
