I took the Pro Plan from the beginning because it has all the storage and tools I need to get the job done. Easy to use, download attempt limits, quick response and efficiency when you have questions, and better user experience. I have a 6th sense for finding what's working for me and my business, so I didn't go wrong this time either! The details matter and make all the difference! It is easy and simple to use. So far, I've been using the free version, but right now, I'm still not selling, but only for free downloads. As soon as sales start coming in, I will 100% upgrade the plan. The founder, Alex, is very approachable. Thank you for solving my issue, Alex! It's absolutely amazing that people like Axel will offer such a high quality product for free to Shopify store owners who are just starting-out. EDP is so incredibly easy to set-up, even if you're completely new to the game. Axel personally and patiently answers queries (and even helped out with advice on an issue that was completely unrelated to the app.) If this is the kind of service he offers out the gate, we'll be sticking with EDP, for sure.

Great app but more importantly, such great help with set-up and customization!

The interface is easy to use and customize! Literally you just upload your PDF (or whatever format your product is in), link it to the product in your shopify store and set it live. Takes just a few minutes, which is really helpful for me. I run 2 businesses and have a super busy life, so time savers are crucial. I'd also like to add that the developer, Axel, is very kind and very helpful. I totally recommend this app!
