Just installed the app and tested it out.
First impressions : App set up in a minute with it's very easy user interface ! Support is really quick and responsive ! The app resolves our main problem, which is sending the gift card directly to the recipient, and this app is doing exactly that ! 5/5 Recommend !!!!
THANK YOU!!! I was able to add my own template I made myself that matches my brand and the interface for the app is extremely easy to use! I had gift cards on my store in under 5 minutes and they look fantastic! The first $300 in gift cards purchased in the month have no fees and after that it's around 2% in fees which is such a small price to pay for having a working gift card page. Thank you thank you thank you!!!! 100/5 stars!!

App says free but actually costs $50-300/month with percentage commissions - which you find out after installing. Bait and switch, there is nothing in the App Store that states this. Waste of time.

The app developer was above & beyond in his explanation, and did clarify the pricing later on. There was nothing nefarious involved, and I appreciated the personal message.
Hi, so sorry for the miscommunication.
We do our best to let people know early and often that our app is free for the holiday season. This is followed by the statement at we will resume charging for iziGift in mid-January.
That said, you will not be charged automatically. You have to accept that you are ok with this charge in mid-January before we charge you one cent.
Either way, I understand your complaint and I am again sorry that we had this miscommunication. If there is anything we can do as a company to make it up to you please let me know. I will also work on making this free trial program more explicit in our language moving forward or potentially remove it together.

I just downloaded the app yesterday 11/29/2023 and wasn't sure what I was doing wrong. I reached out to tech support and immediately was able to set up a 9 am appt today 11/30/2023 with the creator. Within 10 minutes Henry was able to walk me through the hiccup I was having and voila! problem solved! He was wonderful to work with and happy my issue was a simple quick fix. The app is working great for me now and I am looking forward to a busy holiday season.
Super straight-forward gift card app. Innovative new functions just added - ability to sell products as a gift. We had hand-written this functionality already but using the app was much less kludgy and more intuitive so we switched over to using the built-in functionality. Can't say enough about support responsiveness. highly recommend!

This app solves what I think should be a native shopify function...but it does it with so much more grace. I love that you can customize the emails and gift card images. BUT most of all that people can send the gift card to those whom they purchased it for. Henry is SO HELPFUL and quick to respond. I'm so happy I found this app.

I love this app. Big fan of the fact that they already have templates there for you, but you can ALSO add your own customized templates. Also, the fact that my customers can send their gift cards to people when they buy is HUGE. This is a question I constantly get from people so I am happy to solve that problem. Not only that, I spoke with support, they’re great! Very responsive. They also told me about some pretty cool features that are coming. This app is a game changer!

I love this app and mostly its support! I can finally use my own gift card template instead of ugly shopify. Support is very quick responding and extremely kind. I would rate 10/5 if it was possible :)
