Excellent app that I've used with several different sites. Support is top notch and they will actually write a script to accurately fix in bulk most redirects. There is not a better app for redirects than this one.

Excellent customer service and the app functions very well on my website

I’ve been using this product for six months. When it works, it’s fine. However, I’ve encountered some issues while using SEMRUSH for backlink analysis. I deliberately test the app by clicking on links that SEMRUSH identifies as broken, expecting to land on a 404 page. This should indicate that the app needs to report these as broken links to be fixed, but it often fails to do so.

When I reached out to support, they informed me that URLs ending in .jpg are not supported. I told them there were many more examples, but they ignored me. This was very disappointing.

Just this morning, I tested normal blog post pages from my SEMRUSH backlink report, discovered several more broken links, and SC Easy Redirects still did not detect them. Sadly, I’ve decided to delete the app after relying on it for months with inconsistent results.

I would advise caution when considering this app.

I was looking for an easy way to handle broken links after moving my website from squarespace to shopify and I found it! Super well done - and amazing customer service. I just had a call with Tarik, the product manager, and he explained everything in detail. Highly recommended!

Moved the company site from the previous CMS to shopify and we need to tackle a lot of redirects, the easy redirects was suggested by the agency and i found the introduction session was particularly helpful! now we know that all the 404s will be redirected and thats a lot of burden off from our shoulder.

The folks at Shop Circle are TOP Notch! Not only is their product amazing for the price, but their support is second to none. I was moving from a giant dumpster fire that is Magento 2 to Shopify and they managed to sort out my very complicated redirects. With Magento, my products could navigated to by up to 5 unique URLs. The Shop Circle dev team performed some magic to ensure all my magento URLs got redirected to the appropriate page on my Shopify site. Thanks folks!
