Update: I was contacted by support and appreciate you reaching out but I was told that the issues I had were known and there was not fix as of yet. I will give you back a couple of stars for the customer service I received after my issues.

I had high hopes for this app after researching the company. After installing I received nothing but errors when trying to redirect urls. Asked me to give them a break as they are a small company. NOPE

Thanks to the efforts of the customer support agent Vedran and the developer Anes, I was able to get my application to run perfectly in just the right time. The entire communication process was also overseen by the Product Manager Tarik, who helped out greatly when it came to connecting me to the support and developer team. Five stars from me.

We've set the app up in our store but there is an issue with the wildcard redirects and they are working quite well. We managed to lower our 404s with a custom page. We've had issues but it turned out not be the app that had issues, but Shopify itself having these issues.
