Easyroutes is one of the best apps we have used in the Shopify ecosystem.
It has helped streamline the planning and execution of our deliveries. Highly configurable settings that include how the customers are kept notified about the progress of their deliveries -- which means less calls and questions from customers to manage and you focus on growing your customers!
And the updates that keep coming just make the app even better.
Excellent app for managing our local wholesale business that includes weekly deliveries to over 300 accounts. Their customer service / tech support is great and quick to respond to any issues as well. Highly recommended app.
It's great. There's been a bit of a learning curve as some of the buttons and placement aren't so obvious as to what the next step is. We also build our Wholesale deliveries into our Residential deliveries (and/ or some of our customers get their orders delivered to their workplace) so having an option to add delivery time frames per location (e.g. start time: 7:00 End time: 15:00) would be really helpful as there is a bit of thinking required to accommodate the whole route every week.
Great app. Really streamlines delivery logistics for a business. I really like that it sends customer notifications on delivery. Its a bit expensive for small businesses running on tight margins like bakeries.

I can't say enough about how great this application has been to our business. We were using a routing software that was built for Ambulances. We move to Easy Route 3 months ago and we haven't looked back. Everything has been thought out. My drivers like the app. The customer get notification. I started using the Auto Route Workflow which saves at least an hour a day. I just discovered the ability to view the route in Google Maps. Keep building this product, it's what is needed.

We just upgraded to EasyRoutes. It has substantially streamlined our operations (which previously relied on us manually completing tasks using various versions of spreadsheets being emailed back and forth between team members).
Both the Shopify app and the driver app are very easy to navigate. Our delivery team have had 0 complaints about the functionality of the app.
Routes are created automatically. Adding additional orders to routes, or adjusting routes is very easy. It also backfills fulfillment status into Shopify which is a nice bonus and has allowed us to remove an app that we were using for this sole purpose.
Most importantly, the onboarding and support from EasyRoutes has been nothing short of amazing. Elina who is looking after us has gone out of her way to make herself available for calls in our time-zone and to show us how to best use the system to meet our specific needs. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!
Some small bugs but otherwise brilliant!
The driver onbording process we faced issues several time. When driver sign in, they can not get the code by SMS even they re-send notification, especially android moble in Singapore, please check.

We’ve since confirmed that our driver SMS verification in Singapore now uses a registered local sender ID via Twilio Verify, a trusted global messaging provider, and that in the last 30 days verification codes have been delivered successfully to drivers across all major Singapore carriers, including on Android devices. We followed up directly on your case and we’re still here to help. Singapore has particularly strict SMS policies, and in rare cases device- or line-specific settings can still interfere, so we’re always happy to troubleshoot those one-on-one.
