Amazing app, brilliant & helpful customer service, Easy to use and has changed how we label & ship orders much more efficiently, would highly recommend!

Needed help with a small jewelry barcode and Charlie jumped on a zoom call and quickly helped me figure it out. Also sell wholesale and use the app to scan when writing orders, love it!

EasyScan is an excellent app that does exactly what we need. An app is only as good as the backup support offered and we have had excellent support. Charlie helped us solve a couple of problems, with quick responses to my questions, keep up the good work. I'm very pleased.

This is a winner of an app. Super easy to set up, and some really good features for creating really professional and useful barcode labels. Charlie has one of the best attitudes to customer service I have seen in any app and a real willingness to not only help you get the best from his product, but also to improve his product from your direct feedback. We are just getting started on our store and have run into some unique snags as our needs and industry are unique. I spoke with one of EasyScans' Projects Managers, his name is Charlie, and even though we were not able to find a short term solution for our problems he was very attentive and cared about our small store. He asked intuitive questions to make sure he was thorough and even talked about some potential future things that could help us out, along with sharing links to some things that we may be able to use as workarounds in the short term.
