The team is very helpful. They assisted to help set up easy ship on my website and were quick to answer any questions.

Easyship has initially been a big help. The pros:
1. pay as you go
2. tracking page with banners
3. Pretty good customer support

Cons:
We had a problem with a shipment to Malaysia using Fed Ex and they have tried to help clear that up but it has been very slow going and then recently for the past 5 days, we have not been able to use Fed Ex at all with Easyship.

I like what they do offer but I am hoping the other problems we have had will clear up. Just be aware there may be a few problems.

We sell personal salon-grade mani/pedi kits for consumers worldwide to use at the salons for hygiene purpose. There is international demand, however it is a challenge to secure competitive shipping rates across all regions based on our volume alone, which impacts our ability to scale.

We've recently found Easyship and are very excited that we can now ride on Easyship's consolidated volume to make our shipping much more affordable to our customers. Now we can look to expand and ship our professional manicure kits to countries we could not even consider before!

What a useful app to help us find the best solutions for shipping our orders. We can sort by the lowest rate or the fastest, and the interface is pretty easy to use.

I just wish the site were better optimized for mobile!

UPDATED REVIEW: HIDDEN FEES! BEWARE! The app has started charging shippers "residential fees" which are never disclosed beforehand. Easy ship obviously realized their mistake and started adding a "residential fee" option before checkout to make it easier, but then they discontinued this feature and I am being charged these hidden fees again! This is absolutely ridiculous.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback and I'm sorry there has been some confusion about Residential Fees.

Couriers may charge an additional residential area surcharge, depending on the destination address.

The information regarding the residential surcharge is made available in your dashboard when selecting the courier

To support shipments to or from residential locations, the couriers define a residential location as a collection or delivery to a home, including a business operating out of a home that does not have an entrance open to the public. A surcharge applies to each package collected from or delivered to a residential location.

We at DirectToolSource have experienced an overwhelming amount of Growth since installing the EasyShip App to our Shopify Store. In the Month of January we saw a 409.82% Growth over 2017 Sales and a 32% in Shipping related profits due to the Decrease in Shipping Costs. Also our Customer Satisfaction has improved as many are stating we have delivered before the anticipated delivery date.

If you're not using EasyShip, We would highly recommend you do so today. This is my first review ever on the Shopify marketplace after being a seller for 4 years. Never have I ever left a bad review just in general in my life as I know how hard it is to run a business and I am appreciative of other people's livelihoods. However this app needs to be completely removed from the Shopify App Store.

Do not download this app. This app, and their developer will try everything to overcharge you, they will receive the shipment, say that it was x10 heavier and send you a bill for thousands of dollars. I have contacted Shopify support to intervene in this dispute because it appears as this app is overcharging many other sellers (just read all of the reviews below mine). Will see what happens next but just believe me and stay away from these people. They use very sneaky elusive tactics to make sure they can get as much money as they can out of you.

Thanks for your feedback.

As we have discussed at length, there is some confusion about how our app works, as we are not a courier service. When you select a carrier to send your shipments on our app, the shipment is in the hands of the courier.

If something goes wrong, we will do everything we can to fight your corner with the courier, as we did in your case. You received an Adjustment fee from the courier APG as they stated the dimensions of your shipment were not the same as you had declared.

We investigated this and we were able to get you a full refund from the courier!

Easyship literally saved us 50% on shipping costs, which then translated to a higher customer conversion rate. It's so easy to use and the support was amazing. Hiromi is absolutely amazing and Easyship should be happy to have her on their team. She was great! Highly recommend easyship!

UPDATE - 29 SEPT 2020 - so it turns out that Easyship use totally the wrong HS product codes for international shipments. A shipping app that can't cope with HS Codes??!! Really??? So, even if you have the correct HS Codes for your products in Shopify, Easyship say "due to a technical limitation, the HS code will not always pull through correctly, meaning a discrepancy between the information on Shopify and what is converted to Easyship". This means all your Commercial Invoices will be wrong. Surely getting this right is a comedy basic of any shipping app claiming to be a shipping app??! It's greatly taken the shine off what was a good experience until now...we only found this out because of a parcel getting stopped by customs with a question about a product's HS Code...not ideal!
Unfortunately it also turns out there's no way to update your product listings in Easyship to fix this either...so you are knowingly giving customs the wrong info. Not great. In fact pretty poor. 2ND SEPT 2020
We just installed Easyship to help us manage the UPS shipping process for our UK based store. We're really glad we did!! UPS can't integrate easily (understatement!) so we were having to manually enter every shipment into the UPS website (arrgh). Easyship solved this problem for us relatively easily and now works like a dream. Not only does Easyship make our shipping workflow/paperwork much easier and faster but it also solves our dynamic pricing at checkout so customers automatically see our special UPS shipping rates alongside our Royal Mail rates...awesome! Our only feedback would be that setting it up required quite a lot of research and there were some really helpful (although slightly out of date) videos on the Easyship YouTube channel - and we defo couldn't have done it without these. They steered us in the right direction and we were able to fill in most set-up gaps. What would be really useful is a step-by-step set up video guide for a Shopify Store if someone can make one so that all the set up steps are in one place. We linked to our UPS account and rates really easily and the initial glitch we had with creating labels/UPS tracking was resolved quickly after an online chat with Easyship support - they were super helpful and took time to understand the issue and help us get it fixed and followed up. The system is easily customisable and user friendly. All in all a really good experience - highly recommend. P.S. If we had one request it would be to work on integration with Royal Mail Click & Drop in the UK.
