eBay Integration ‑ DPL

Just got off the phone with their support and it was a pleasant experience. All my questions were answered and our issue is being resolved. It was a huge concern for us and I am very happy they are taking the time to fix our issue on hundreds, if not thousands of images went missing in Shopify and the person I spoke with was able to easily come up with a sloution.

The eBay Integration by DPL has made listing and managing products so much easier. Syncing inventory and orders is seamless, and the user interface is intuitive. It saves a lot of time and helps avoid errors. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to streamline their eBay store operations!

Support is great, they are always online and willing to get on a phone call to help get set.

There was a bit of a hickup getting a UK ebay account working but they where there to help quickly

Waiting on some custom features to map meta data to ebay correctly looking forward to that

We have had a few errors with our profiles and the team have been amazing support! its hard to find apps where you can schedule a call there an then now a days... ive had a few calls with the team and they have helped me solve the issues with their guidance!

I'm fairly new to the software but I have to admit its made the expansion of my e-commerce business onto eBay platform much easier. Would highly recommend for their fairly priced subscription

It's still early days as I only installed this app yesterday, and so far I like what I see - especially when compared to the previous apps I had used in the past.

Set up was really easy, the app is so straightforward that I had most of our Shopify products uploaded to eBay within a couple of hours. It only took that long as I created several different profiles for grouping the products.

I only experienced one upload error on one product. I went on the Chat which was answered almost immediately by Hem who was excellent and sorted out the problem in only a couple of minutes.

Thus far the product syncing seems to work well for inventory quantities from Shopify to eBay. As we have only just started listing on eBay again, it is too early for any sales from eBay, so I can't comment on syncing eBay to Shopify or order syncing.

Al in all, though, I am so pleased that I found this app.

Very easy to set up, Had a few question which DPL have answered very promptly.

App working well, have used a few eBay integration apps, so far this is the best we have used.
The fact it syncs both ways and syncs all products ( as long as the SKU is the same on eBay and Shopify make it sol simple

They very best ap that a small or large shopify store can have, We are able to control well over six thousand listings. Swift to add and when sold on either platform, quickly removed.
We also utilize the shopify POS system which is finely tuned to remove the product, in all selling platforms.
