Called Tech support to help clear up some issues and they were prompt and courteous. Am using CedCommerce software at the no fee level which in itself is an amazing deal. And then free prompt and courteous tech support too? I'm giving these guys a 5-star rating and am considering upgrading to a paid plan. Just need to sell some more watch bands. I would recommend this app if you are looking to connect your eBay store with your Shopify store. It took a little time to get adjusted to the different layout and how it works as I was using the eBay app through Shopify that is being discontinued. The few times I have had to contact customer service that have been responsive immediately and have helped me through my issues.
