Every time I open the app I have an issue. Great support team but I've barely had an experience where I wasn't having to contact support to help. Currently looking to move away from this as the most recent issues have stopped me allowing to upload anything without needing the support team to do it themselves.
Far from effortless. After about six months of attempts and multiple accounts, I still don't have a single product on eBay. I'm trying something else.
I'm not Happy with this product.
I originally had the eBay supported version of this app and it worked great.
When ebay stopped that App I started using this one.
When I first looked at it it appeared like everything had connected as was working well.
But then listing quantities wouldn't sync but some would.
Some eBay sales would come through and others wouldn't
The support team have been good but the App doesn't work as it should.
It tells you that everything is fine but then doesn't sync product details, sales, quantities etc.
I have found that to get it to work correctly. I need to delete an eBay listing completely and then upload it with the App.
Its a long winded exercise and sometimes I have had to do it a few times and get Tech Support involved.
But then occasionally sales don't Sync with shopify.
The developer still has a lot of work to do, but from what I can see this is the best option for eBay integrations which is disappointing.
If you want to use this App, don't do what I did and expect it to detect all your eBay listings and sync from them.
Be prepared to delete and relist all your items.
But also be diligent and check ebay sales as if there is a sync error there is no way of telling on Shopify or ebay. You need to keep checking the App.
I hope the App Developer will take these suggestions on board and make it more reliable.
Only works with products that have SKUs. If you make and sell your own products this app won’t work. I wasn’t able to verify that it does anything because of that limitation.

Update Aug 2023: Inventory updates have stopped working! Not sure if this has something to do with emails I recieved "advising" that I should upgrade from a free account to a paid account (if I didn't, my free plan would be "limited"), but very frustrating and impacting my customers, and livelihood...

Edit: We have now used this app for a few months. I wish that we had never changed from our previous one. The syncing is very slow which causes us to sell a product in the store that may have already been purchased on eBay. We have had issues, where an item that was left with no stock was still showing in stock on eBay, despite having sold it on eBay previously. So, we oversold again. When I asked if there was any way to sync the sale on Ebay so we see it on Shopify sooner, I was told that maybe that could happen but we'd have to pay for it??
I would warn others that they coerce you to leave a five star review. They will not stop asking you for it until you do it, hence all the five star reviews.

Absolut toller Service! Nur zu empfehlen. anfangs war es etwas schwierig zu verstehen wie alles funktioniert, allerdings steht der Kundenservice 24/7 zur Verfügung und das super freundlich und kompetent. Ich bin begeistert.

The best app you can find to integrate shopify and ebay in Australia gives you a free version as well to learn and navigate before you want to decide if you want to go with it or not.

ACHTUNG ABZOCKE!!!!! Ich habe die App für 24 Stunden und damit ich die "volle" Potentiale der App erschöpfen könnte, das Abo für 12 Monate abgeschlossen. Ohne Abo hat man Zugriff auf nur wenige Funktionalitäten. Ich habe nach 24 Stunden die App und Abo gekündigt, CED behält aber das Geld für das volle Jahr!! sie weigern sich das Geld zurück zu erstatten! Ein Jahr für Knapp 24 Stunde!! Leute ich warne, das ist eine Abzocke, finger Weg von dieser App!!!
Wish I could get my money back, It is so complicated to use. Marketplace Connect does what I want it to do. It is so much more user friendly.
CedCommerce eBay integration app has very smooth integration and I have no problem listing products on eBay their template and profile features are awesome and save us hours while creating every new product. their customer support just awesome and resolved my all issues very promptly.
I jumped on a quick call with Rishu from CedCommerce, and they were able to resolve my integration issues quickly and easily, allowing my products to be integrated from my Shopify store to Ebay. Great service!

They marketed even on this about page in here, the Shopify App Store that this app will make selling on eBay easier. Can someone tell me why selling on eBay is easier with this app? Na... It makes adding eBay as an additional sales channel easier - import is NOT from eBay to Shopify, it is Shopify to eBay. Ugh I hope you don't waste your time like I did hoping this was going to be a nice solution to migrate eBay to Shopify.Waaa Waaa....
im very new to web store building and ebay selling but the help from the customer service team help me complete my goals with fast responses and helpful solutions to fixing and properly setting things i dont understand making it possible for me to run my store....thanks allot
Overall it does the job but there are bugs. Prices sync near real time which is great, but stock levels can sometimes take a while to sync or even not sync at all which causes oversell.
Kassieren immer weiter die Gebühre, obwohl die App bereits gekündigt und über Shopify deinstalliert ist. Emails werden nicht mehr beantwortet !

This application is great, saves time, and the customer service is wonderful.
Great app. Just started with this app and e-commerce in general. I was stuck on an issue uploading products. Hit the little msg tab on the bottom right and explained the issue I was having. The service I experienced was exceptional. Had the issue solved within minutes and uploaded my first products to eBay.
