We would recommend this app purely from a customer service point view. They are always responsive and helpful. Sometimes functionality is hard, and not as efficient as we would like. But having someone always available for help makes a big difference.
Faizan and the team at Webgility are highly supportive of the product, making themselves readily available with cheerful and knowledgeable support.
Quick fix on a customer service call. CS is able to help fix my issues quickly and remotely.
As with any major change to our bookkeeping side of business, it has not been easy, but with the continued support from Webgility listening to our issues with reconciling our checking account, we are now going strong!

Simple set up, great customer service
Faizan Sheikh was great at getting us set up and helping us transition into the software. He was great at working with our sales rep Sagan to get everything straightened out. The scheduler for automation is helpful. Everything is sooo customizable so that it makes it easy to fit the way we do our books. The price is steep but the software is worth it. This is soooo much better than the default Quickbooks Desktop Connector that the Shopify-Quickbooks Migration Team failed to implement.
We are very pleased with webgility and it's ability to sync items, customers, tax codes- everything with our Quick Books desktop version and Shopify account. Webgility has saved us hours of manual order entry, which saves us money on staffing. Their customer service is exceptional! They answer very quickly and resolve any questions we may have. Finally there's a way to sync QB desktop to all your online stores!

Prerit was very helpful integrating the shopify and amazon stores we run into our QB Enterprise software. He was able to troubleshoot a few issues i had and his knowledge of the product and process made the addition of Webgility an easy process
Still new to the app, but so far so good! It is doing what we needed it to do! Installation support went smoothly.
Onboarding with Fazian was terrific, he was very thorough in walking my team thru integration and setup. I often had many questions and he would address each before continuing on. I do expect I will need his or tech support going forward BUT the basic fundamentals are in place.
Webgility is an app that helps consolidate information and organize it in a way that makes it manageable to do accounting and inventory tracking. That being said we did not forsee the learning curve or time that was needed to implement this software. Be prepared to invest some time to get this software up and running correctly. The implementation team was a great help but sometimes support and the development team seem like they don't know the answer to our questions. The good news is they are very responsive and will work with you directly to resolve the issue at hand.
Webgility has been a great product so far, making what should be a difficult and time consuming process very easy. The customer and technical support is by far the best that i've experienced. Highly recommend using Webgility!
Kanishk was very patient with all my questions and talked me to the next step very thoroughly transfering the products to Quickbooks :)

He helped us in updating the Woo-commerce module and which results in downloading the refund and orders successfully.

DO NOT do it. I had signed up for the Lite program for $15/month. For 12 months, they charged me $49/month. They will NOT respond to you. DO NOT use them. I would manually enter your transactions before you spend your hard earned money on this scam company.

The support I received from Nikhlesh Verma was very comprehensive and effective. Although we couldn't resolve the accounting matter regarding Sales Refunds, this was a functionality issue and not an issue with Nikhlesh. Nikhlesh was very good at helping me.
Very helpful in syncing our Shopify orders to Quickbooks. Their support team is also super responsive and helpful in addressing any issues that arise.
I signed up for a trial account. After the trial, I made a decision to go with another service. The support team was terrible. All I wanted to close/delete my account and all the data they got from my store. The guy named Stephen was harassing me for an hour with questions. Why do you want to delete it? Can we do something else? It was a total waste of my time. They are holding on to all your data.

DO NOT USE this app. I got charged my credit card $49.00 for FREE TRAIL. It's a 3rd party App. Shopify asked me to contact Webgility for the REFUND, and I have contacted Webgility customer support for the REFUND, they kicked the ball back to Shopify. I'm going to dispute this from my bank. BAD SUPPORT!! UPSET!!!

Hi - Himansu was great - very sharp on the integration betweens QuickBooks Online and Shopify. I was struggling with which app to use - clearly this is the correct choice!

I was greatly helped today by Nikhlesh. We were trying to post a purchase using a Gift card into QuickBooks Online. His knowledge and understanding of the program and my needs were excellent. I thank him very much in resolving my technical issue.
I just started to use this app, and wow it is very good! I was helped by Nikhlesh, who was VERY helpful from the beginning. So far so good with this app, I would definitely recommend. I am posting orders from shopify to quickbooks, and this seems to integrate seamlessly.
I had some issues with one of my channels not updating, but Himanshu fixed it with ease. He didn't skip a beat, even with my microphone not working. He is awesome

Cannot recommend this app enough. Amazing price, everything works as it should and its pretty easy to figure out. If you have any concerns they have live assistance available at all time. I was lucky enough to work with Nikhlesh and now I just reach out to him with any and all questions which he quickly takes action on. BEST APP AND SERVICE!!!

I have been using Webgility now for years and I can honestly say it is the best web syncing software out there. It is cost effective and the settings are very detailed. Support is very helpful if you need help configuring. Recently I had an issue getting discounts to map correctly and Chintan helped me get set up correctly and was just lovely.

I have attempted to use this for the last year. it worked alright at first. Then a couple months in it would crash every time I would try to sync my orders with Quickbooks Enterprise. I would go through the steps of the manual sync process and then try to re connect quick books with this software, when that didnt work I would contact customer support, when they would finally respond (some times this would take multiple days) they would go through that same process I had just done with remote control and then finally when that didn't work they would fix it on their end. I had to go through this every week. 30 minutes to an hour every time I needed to sync. I could have manually entered in less time then that.
They have since seemed to fix this issue, but i am still weary. My plan was to cancel at the end of the year. The other day I was charged for the next year, I called in to try to get a refund and cancel the service, but they said it was against their policy. This is partly my fault for not canceling in time, but come on! I am not going to be using this software, and I am out $1000. In my opinion, that is a pretty terrible way to treat a customer.

Great app, has some limitations for quickbook desktop users, but overall has done a good job, we have more free time to grow our business, rather than thinking of what was sold how much and, more time to grow the business. thanks unify.
Love this app! I've been using it for a year now and it makes my bookkeeping so much easier! I can schedule the downloads to occur daily, automatically. No more spreadsheets over here! I use it for both my Shopify and Etsy stores.
Super easy to use, saves us a ton of time!
I came back to ECC cloud after a stint manually exporting sales from Shopify and importing them into QuickBooks. ECC Cloud is so much easier. It maps products from Shopify to QuickBooks so if you use different part numbers in your web-store for sales than you do to in QuickBooks for purchasing you can still keep your inventory straight. Sync works perfectly as long as you only have one payment channel in Shopify, as ECC Cloud will only allow you to sink to one QuickBooks accounts. Manually changing the payment accounts for occasional Paypal purchases that sync to my Shopify payment account in QuickBooks are still more of a time saver than manually importing. My sales data is up to date and I can basically just set it up and let it go until reconciliation time.
Only ease of use issue is that you have to be pretty careful when mapping products from Shopify to QuickBooks that you update the correct channel. I've overwritten QuickBooks data when I meant to sync across to Shopify and had to go fix my mistake in a before my Shopify customers noticed that the prices had apparently gone all wonky..
Works great, syncs very well. It does exactly what we needed with no issues. Good customization in sync options.

Had minor issues with using Intuit login when signing up for an account (was advised that issue is being addressed)
Inflexible in terms of transaction transfers. Currently only does a nightly batch job, would be nice to be able to push transactions at more frequent intervals.
I waited too long to get this app. This has saved me countless hours reconciling quick books and Shopify. Pricing is based on use which makes it a great buy for new companies. It effortlessly connects your Shopify sales, customers and products to your quickbooks online account. A MUST HAVE app.
After unsuccessfuly integrating two prior e-commerce sites to our Quickboks online, it was a true delight to find a simple app to integrate our latest store iteration with our quickbooks. I've especially appreciated the easy ability to map the sku's to our gl codes as we go. Well done.
If you are not QB savvy and want an easy way to keep your books up to date and accurate set up the training and be amazed... Chris waled me through setup in about 20 minutes and I was on my way to taking care of business. Highly recommend this service!
