Webgility is a useful bridge between shopify and quickbooks and as a small company we've found the service useful. It may need certain per-requsites to function to its fullest - so do check on that. The company's biggest asset is their staff and the ability to reach and speak with them. I've had very helpful experiences and my recent call with Chandra Shekhar enormously helped me as we were taking some new steps within the company and with Shopify. Shekhar helped tweak things within Webglity to offer the outcome I needed. Thanks. Abbi
This app work great with Quickbooks Desktop. The support staff is always great to work with and alway gets the issue fixed on the spot, event if they need to do coding. It's worth all the money it cost, don't cheap out with the other apps, it's not worth the time.
I've been using this app for about 9 months now and it works great. All the support staff at webgility from setting up the connections with Dave to all the tech personal like Mudasir Z Mir are great to work with. If you have any issues they answer the phone within minutes and help you find the fix.
I love this app! It integrates well with Quickbooks POS and has streamlined selling online so easily. The Customer Service is WONDERFUL! Swapna was incredibly helpful in particular. She took them time to help my solve my issues and was very patient and kind.
Nikhlesh and the whole team have always been really helpful. I have have been using webgility for years, and any issues I have encountered have always been solved. This is a good program for connecting QuickBooks POS to your website.

We have had an inventory issue between Shopify/Webgility/and Quickbooks for several months i.e. inventory not posting in Quickbooks properly. Mudasir Zahoor in the Webgility Tech Department spent over an hour on the phone with us, meticulously worked through our issue, and uncovered the problem. I have nothing but good things to say about Mudasir and how he handled our issue. I wish there were more like him out there in other App companies we deal with. Thank you Madasir and thank you Webgility for solving our issue.
