I use this app to connect my Amazon store and Shopify stores and it works great to connect them to QuickBooks Desktop.
We had an issue with refunds not syncing and were connected with Aman to solve the problem. Aman was extraordinary, he took the time to fully understand our issue and check every detail involved. Aman found a quick solution in the config and double checked that the solution was working. An A+ support experience.
I've been using this app for about 9 months now and it works great. All the support staff at webgility from setting up the connections with Dave to all the tech personal like Mudasir Z Mir are great to work with. If you have any issues they answer the phone within minutes and help you find the fix.

Webgility is a godsend for those that need to keep their counts in sync between a retail store and an online website...so important to prevent overselling. I've been working with Webgility for almost a year. Recently, while having a sync problem, I worked with Pawan to get the problem resolved with Quickbooks. He and his team worked with me on the problem until it was resolved and now we are back up and running again.
This is a very sophisticated app that can handle all my needs. It can start getting expensive ($100+), but well worth it. There customer service is immediate to respond and will walk you through most anything or try hard to find the answer.
