Webgility is a great app and there is always great customer service! Have had this for several years, syncs well with our website!
Using this app has made things a WHOLE LOT easier to manage our inventory, our shopify and our quickbooks! I 10/10 recommend using this to solve any and all issues you may have!
I use this app to sync orders with QuickBooks desktop. It runs automatically in the background. Customer tech support is top notch and quick to solve issues when they arrive.
The ease of using Webgility has greatly improved our day to day function. The automatic syncing with QB and our online store has been a vast improvement from the previously manual and time consuming process.
Kanishk Sahu (and every other person we've spoken with) is always very helpful, taking time to explain in detail the functions of the system and assist with any issues we may have.

This app has streamlined our order processing and allowed us to grow our business - very grateful to have this app! This application is extremely user friendly! It has streamlined our web sales and has DRASTICALLY cut down on data entry. We run a large operation and use Quickbooks as our primary internal system and we were manually entering every web order until I happened upon this amazing application! Super fast and easy setup - and I am not the official tech dept :)
