Bad experience. They broke our product page and then disappeared. I have to fix everything by myself. Worst experience
I've never had a worse experience with an app. While building a product detail section, rows were deleted with no apparent reason why, and the app doesn't have an UNDO function. HOURS wasted. DO NOT recommend.

Regarding the issue, the app cannot delete rows on its own. In most cases, this happens when the user is focusing on a specific row or element and accidentally presses the Delete key on the keyboard. And in case something is removed by mistake, EComposer does provide Undo/Redo buttons on the top-right of the page editor, which allow you to instantly revert recent changes.
We truly want to understand what happened on your side. Could you please try reproducing the issue once more and share details with us? Our team is more than happy to investigate and help solve it completely.

We installed this app over a year ago and never actively used it. Unbeknownst to us, it was interfering with our checkout process causing customers to be redirected to the homepage instead of completing their purchase. We only discovered the issue after months of lost conversions and confusion.
There were no warnings, no visible errors, and no indication that the app was still injecting code or affecting the storefront. This kind of silent interference is unacceptable.
If you’re a merchant, check your theme and test your checkout thoroughly in incognito mode as this was never a problem with our existing cookies. If you’re the developer, please build in better safeguards and clearer documentation about what your app does in the background.

However, we’d like to clarify that EComposer cannot interfere with the checkout process in any way. Due to Shopify’s strict platform restrictions, no third-party page builder app, including ours, has access or control over the checkout page or its behavior.
In your case, we also noticed that after installing the app, no pages were created or published through EComposer, which means our app didn’t inject any active content or code into your storefront. Once uninstalled, all EComposer assets are automatically removed as well.
It’s possible that another script, theme customization, or third-party app may have been responsible for the issue you experienced. If you’d like, we can help review your storefront setup to ensure everything is clean and running smoothly.

I am due a refund for unused services. I have previously requested this through your support chat and was directed to Shopify for a refund. Shopify states that Ecomposer is responsible for this refund and is declining to resolve the issue. They have reached out to your team for resolution. I have not heard anything back from your team, and I still have a yearly charge on my billing statement for your service which I never used and already deleted. 2 minutes after subscribing, I downgraded and requested a refund because I was not satisfied with the application on my store. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
UPDATE: ECOMPOSER IS A TERRIBLE APP AND SERVICE.
I was hoping Ecomposer would resolve the issue. Seeing as I was charged for an entire year of service without using the horrible application and only downloaded the app onto my shopify store for about 2 minutes to realize it was run-of-the-mill and just like any other landing page builder. I didn't use ANY of the application features because it wasn't any good. Deleted the app immediately after 2 minutes. Have gone through customer support at ecomposer, and they said they couldn't help me, and that I'd need to reach out to Shopify customer support. Well, Shopify customer support said that is not accurate, and Shopify support has filed Ecomposer as unwilling to assist a customer. Shopify support has reached out too Ecomposer to resolve the issue that they are unwilling to fix. So far, I've seen Ecomposer drop my billing charge from a yearly charge down to a monthly Pro charge..why? I shouldn't owe anything for this horrible application. I have emailed Ecomposer's support team 5 times over the last month WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. They are thieves and their customer service is despicable. If my bill is not entirely resolved, don't be surprised if they are removed from the Shopify app store, because either I nor Shopify will allow this to go without consequence.

ABSOLUTE PRIVACY VIOLATION. This app is stealing backend data. I started receiving spam WhatsApp messages on a private phone number that is ONLY registered in my Shopify admin settings and IS NOT displayed anywhere on my public storefront. This proves the app is scraping private administrative contact details and selling them to scammers. I have documented this breach and reported it to Shopify Security. Delete this app immediately if you value your privacy!

To explain a bit more, our developer team has already built a newer Flexbox-based system (sent you the preview via our chat support). We haven’t released it widely yet because we want to make sure the update is safe and smooth for every store.

It is truly disappointing to see that this company has replaced human interaction with automated responses. When a human representative does respond, they simply send a link, leaving the customer to resolve the issue independently. The quality of your service has been steadily declining. Considering the price, it's also surprising that none of your themes include a header, while your competitors do offer this feature. I used to appreciate your service, but unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it. It’s time for me to move on to other, more affordable and comprehensive apps.
Yes, the app is okay to use—pretty much like any other page builder out there. BUT if your product has any kind of variant picker, do not waste your time. This app lacks the most basic functionality: changing images to match the selected variant. That’s a deal-breaker for any product-based website. It's 2025—this should be a standard feature, not a missing one.

We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. EComposer does support switching images when a customer selects different variants—this is a built-in feature that works with Shopify’s native variant system.
However, the request in this case was to make the variant picker link to a completely different product via a custom URL, which is not how Shopify variants work by default and is currently not supported in EComposer. For now, we recommend looking for a specialize app regarding your request.
That said, we completely understand your needs and hope we can offer more flexibility in the future. Your feedback is valuable and helps guide our roadmap. If there's anything else we can assist with, we're always here to help!

It pains me to do this but unfortunately I have to revise my review as they basically cost me everything and my entire store is shot because of their actions.
Be aware that if you have to deactivate your store for any period of time, they will delete all of your templates and data after 30 days.
This is what happened to me and it resulted in my entire business going under. Templates gone that I spent hundreds of hours creating and perfecting and even writing custom code for. It's just not a professional way to manage a service if you're charging the amount you are per month.
I cannot recommend this app as they hold your data for ransom essentially and that's not fair to the user. This is not a good experience and it has cost me everything and a lot of wasted time and turmoil.
They also will only email you the warning of deleted data about 1 day before they delete it which is malicious.

About your pages created in EComposer, we will remove all data after 30days of uninstallation to ensure user data privacy. An email will be sent to the user right after uninstalling the app to notify them about data removal.
But in your case, you actually deactivated your store, and your pages were deleted from EComposer. We tried to restore everything for you, and I hope they are all good now. We will also update our logic to keep customer pages after the store is deactivated so that you can come back anytime.
