I am dissatisfied with the eComposer app. From the moment it was installed, it completely disrupted the layout of our Shopify site by changing the default fonts, despite the settings being correctly configured in our theme. The font that is supposed to display for regular text is Lora, but Playfair Display appears instead. This issue is unacceptable for a professional online store.
The customer support tried to help, but it was useless.
I strongly discourage anyone from using this app if they want to maintain a functional and professional Shopify site. It is a waste of time and energy, and it negatively impacts the user experience for our customers (the typography imposed by the theme is not pleasant to the eye and drives potential customers away from our store). Very disappointed.

Regarding the issue you mentioned: When importing a page if you select "Global typography, colors" option, it applies the styles across the entire site, which may have caused the changes to your fonts. You had better select the "Sections data" option when importing data.
We had reset the form settings for you and also send follow up email with more details to assist your case better. Kindly help me check it and allow to keep supporting you. I hope you give EComposer a second chance.

While the staff are quick to respond and do their best to try and address issues. I am have so many glitches lately from:
- Blog not taking my formatting and just leaving everything the same size and font.
- A custom page constantly dropping content from a second. I have recreated at least a dozen times now and it keeps disappearing.
It's so frustrating and I have wasted so much time redoing the same damn thing, over and over again.

That's why we really need your help to allow us to check it further on your computer. The technical team has diagnosed that you might have installed too many extensions on your browsers, which makes it heavy to load.

Misleading to say that on the Free plan you can publish '3 Live Pages' with 'All Elements' - when in truth simple things like custom fonts are a paid feature. I only found out after investing time learning the UI and feel it's been a waste of time.

I can relate to your feeling that you may just want to have a couple of pages with custom fonts and not ready to pay. We will consider to open Custom font in free plan in the near time.
