I highly recommend this theme. The Customer Support is truly outstanding! I have asked quite a lot questions regarding "how to" for my Shopify store and been assisted by a few from the Customer Support team. Among these, Mie Tran, Annie and Alfred has been absolute gems in assisting me. Their expertise and precision in troubleshooting have been invaluable as I continuously strive to enhance my store.

I really gotta say! I was looking for a free app as our store is quite new with little to no revenue and saw no point paying a 8-9 dollars a month for an 'app' that does just one thing.

After finding an app like this for an hour and trying out every possible app for sales popup, this is literally the best with customizable names and locations, time delay, progress bar, pop animation, analytics and a whole lot.

If you're looking for a Sales Popup app - Trust me your search ends here and they have a lot of additional features too.

Incredibly useful and practical app with nice design especially for a free app, will definitely recommend others to try out! We were assisted by Anna she was helpful giving explanation of the app and enabling the extensions with great ease, you would be lucky to be assisted by her!

Ich wollte eine Neue Funktion austesten. Dies konnte man mit einem einfachen klick per Chat klären. Durch eine kurze Rückfrage von Anna konnte es verifiziert werden und die Erweiterung wurde freigeschaltet in kurzer Zeit. Super schnell und freundlich!

after much trial and error i finally come across EcomRise and couldn't be happier with the theme and the after-sale service which was almost instant. i had a couple issues i needed to iron out and they were sorted. in under 10 minutes @ 3am which i was really surprised. and i have to mention Susan, she's gone above and beyond what i asked her to help me with.
