Pretty fast help, not even gon lie. The person seemed real, but the help i needed wasnt all that sophisticated, so maybe it was an AI bot? However, you dont really need much assistance its pretty easy honestly.

Easy to use app and the live support was great. Had some trouble with the automation emails, but support helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. My only suggestion is that I would like to see a "softer" feel for the pop-up window, like something a little smaller, with rounded corners and not so "in your face." Options would be nice for pop-up styles.
