we faced issue with changing the settings for receiving return products form customers through surface mail instead of airmail for which we were incurring huge charges. it took a while but was sorted in the end. especially Mr.Amit was very helpful in getting this issue sorted as soon as it came to his attention.
All our exchange process has been streamlined, and customers are very happy as they could place their exchange requests by themselves instead of manual backend process. Customer support by eco returns team is very great.
