I can't say enough good things about Blotout and the team behind them. Mandar really cares about helping brands solve the complexities that come with CAPI, server side integration and pixel issues in general. Their tool and support are top notch.

I've worked with 3 other server side tools in the past and had all but given up and resorted to just using the native Shopify CAPI setup but I'm so glad I decided to work with Blotout instead.

I have never seen a more involved team in ensuring the success of every brand on their platform. The community their building, and the hands on approach they're willing to do to win and maintain business is extraordinary.

Our match quality improved substantially on Meta and other platforms. While not a "silver bullet" in and of itself, it's nice reassurance that we're feeding channels with robust data.

From a tech standpoint the tools are very robust. If our CTO was writing instead of me (co-founder, CMO) this he'd say something like "it's exactly how we would have built this internally and is well engineered."

After using Blotout for a couple months, we decided to drop them from our stack and noticed no difference. If anything, Blotout was taking credit for a lot of Klaviyo pixel events that would’ve happened anyway (it's very easy to spot check these). Event match quality in Facebook was marginally better, but I don’t think it warrants the cost or complexity. Install Shopify CAPI and save money.

Blotout EdgeTag has greatly improved the signals from my Facebook ad account and integrated Klaviyo, TikTok, and Google with the same quality. Whenever I have an issue, the team is always available to solve it and make configurations according to my needs.
