If you sell products that have different sizes or SKU's, this is a no brainer. Edit Order has saved us from hours of manual order switching and order mistakes. Their new functions, being able to send out payment requests and mark products as fulfilled has been a huge help.

On top of that, their customer service and support system is quick to respond and top notch. I would recommend them to any Shopify store owner :)

I will start with the obvious, you should not need this app. Shopify should have real edit order capabilities, but they do not. Now that we have that out of the way, I can say that this is a great app and the team behind it is also great. Is it perfect... no. But you can raise issues and they listen, and when they can will work on it. Some limitations exist because of Shopify, and I do not fault them for that. As others mention, this will impact your reporting, so I recommend that you invest in building out your own reporting database. If you have a sizable business, you should be doing this anyway because Shopify won't meet your needs regardless.

Things that I would like to see... the ability to manage partial payments including partial payment requests, better wholesale/tiered pricing functionality, better linking between payment transactions and actual orders.

Great App! We use it almost everyday. Great option for when you need to add a custom item or when customer's call in to make a change to their order. Thank you for adding the custom product feature!

This app is a must for the backend, it helps the storekeepers to edit orders and the most important part is that orders placed through the mobile app can be edited. Most other apps don't allow this. Super support from Laura and her team to resolve our issue within 24hrs of filing a complaint. Thanks for making this app.

We use this app on a daily basis. It is wonderful for editing and creating custom tickets. Since it simply adds a letter to the existing tickets and deletes the old ticket- the management of open orders is very clean and easy to keep up with.
Defiantly worth the price. We could not manage without it!

Great App! This saved us time and money from canceling and creating new orders in Shopify. I would recommend this app for any store. It is easy to use and the support is great!

UPDATE: We've updated our rating from 4 to 5 stars as the main reason for our previous rating is due to the app not working on draft orders. The team was thankful that we detected a bug and it's now been resolved and functions as expected. The contact person was diligent with following up to ensure we are 100% satisfied with the app.

It does everything pretty easily, no big complaints. One reason we cannot provide a 5-star rating is because when attempting to edit pricing on a draft order (while it appears it's possible), after clicking "Save", it doesn't actually save the edits. Understandable as drafts technically aren't orders, but the app shouldn't be an available option under "More actions" if it's not going to function. The other reason we cannot provide a 5-star rating is that there's always room for improvement.
