Cleverific Order Editing

Fantastic app that lets you do so much more. Great support from Laura - we had an issue that was resolved within 24hours.

This is a great app for editing orders. Has additional note fields that aren't offered with Shopify's Edit Order which is nice to have! Customer service is helpful as well.

I run e-comm ops for multiple clients and I always suggest they install Edit Order by Cleverific. It gives the power and control back to your customer service team to edit and invoice for add-on products, shipping etc as well as correct mistakes made at checkout. It even allows you to edit orders older than 60 days, which other Edit tools built into Shopify do not. I couldn't imagine running a store without this.

Solves a huge problem that Shopify presents to most e-commerce businesses. This app has an amazing menu of functionality, is easy to use and install, has great customer support, and integrates well into the backend of the store. The team that built it also sounds like a cool group of people. Highly recommended!

We use this app often to edit orders. We have had some bumps along the way. More to do with how we use the app, rather than the functionality of the app itself. Regardless, anytime we have encountered an issue, the Edit Order team has been attentive, prompt, and overall truly amazing with the support they have provided us. We use this app everyday and have come to rely on it as an integral part of our business. Shopify has been missing one extremely important piece to their e-commerce solution and that has been a way for merchants to edit orders. Edit Order has been a blessing to us as it makes this not only possible, but simple and efficient.

This app is great. It allows us to edit the orders, create orders, refund to credit card or paypal immedietly, shows the remain available inventory.

Simply, it allows us to provide a great customer services especially if they have to exchange, refund, edit, special discount, new order, add products that are not available online,

The only one thing that need to be fixed is the discount. We prefare to chose either (amount) or (percentsge) so it make the calculation pased on.
