Great app that did exactly what we needed it to for manual order creation. Haven't experienced any of the issues with the app being down that others have mentioned but we only need to use it a few times a month.

The app closes a very troublesome hole in the native Shopify. Most often it works excellent. I have seen, though, that it sometimes fails to set the fulfilment status correct on line items in an order.

We are in the beginning stages of using EDIT ORDER and we're constantly making changes to our system. So far we really like it and it's easy to use. Please continue to reach out to us for feedback and we'll do the same. Thank you!

Quite handy. Especially looking forward to the upcoming additional payment request feature. Helpful customer support as well. :) Highly recommended.

tested... really not very functional. Makes it awfully confusing. And this could be issue with shopify vs with app developer.
All edited orders get duplicated. And all things about that order get duplicated, including status, payment, archive, etc.
Editing an archived order results in, another archived order. And no way to change shipping status or archive.

This is a great app! Def an essential to bring up the customer experience!

Edit Order has made customer requests much easier. Easy to use and very responsive support team when we had some questions. We can't recommend it enough!

Technically 3 or 4 stars but all of the limitations are caused by the Shopify platform itself, not the app. Why most of this functionality is not built into Shopify I don't know and these guys are trying to make the best of a poor order management system.
