We use this app on all our stores. Hassle free and easy way to customise customer email without the need for a developer og using code. Works like a charm.

This app has proved essential to the look and feel of my online business. I was able to customize all my email notifications to the customer with my logo, colours etc - matched to the look and feel of my site. I could include information on shipping notifications that was not included in the shopify settings. It makes my customer emails look professional and informative. It is definitely worth the one off fee charged to customize all your documents. Support is wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Great application
In Arabic we start writing from right to left
The application does not support changing the text orientation
I hope to set the option to change the direction of the text

Within 2 days I was able to redesign and setup all shop notifications in 5 new languages including coupon based remarketing. The process was effortless for a non-coder like myself;-)

This is probably one of the best designed and well-thought-out apps I've ever used. My emails look 1,000 times better. It's crazy shopify doesn't already have a built in editor for emails like this app. Totally worth the 1 time price.

Great app. Easy to customise e-mails which is something that is difficult to do natively in shopify unless you know code.

As much as I like the app. The customer service is lacking. The app didn't work properly and it took the owner days to respond to my request. Now the app is mysteriously working without my knowledge. Hopefully it works throughout the time I use it, but customer service needs to be better.

I didn't know I needed this till I created and tested the emails. It was super easy to set up and I am really happy with my new design. My emails to customers instantly look more professional. I wish everything else I needed was this easy to use.
