Here are the most important bullet points from our experience with Emarsys and why you shouldn't use it at any cost if you are on Shopify:
1- the most important reason is that Emarsys-Shopify integration is broken and doesn't work as expected, of course, they don't accept this fact but you can see it in the data management dashboard in Emarsys itself.
