We've been using Emotive for almost 2 years now and we couldn't be happier with the decision. They have an amazing Customer Success team and tech support. Emotive is an excellent SMS partner. They provide consistent, excellent support, resources, content ideas, copywriting, GIFs, and more. Our CSM reaches out very regularly, makes himself available to us, and goes above and beyond. Our experience with Emotive is night and day compared to our old provider, Opt It. The cost and terms are more than reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

10/10 Emotive is an excellent platform. It is user friendly and has opened up a whole new avenue of marketing for our brands. Jessica and the team are a joy to work with and have been so helpful in offering assistance during transitions, helping with copy, and sending ideas for campaigns. Our CSM never fails to make each sync-up session worthwhile. He provides different strategy ideas in both Experiences and broadcasts. I'm a fan!
I have been with emotive when they first started out. I was not familiar with text marketing and wasn't sure how effective it would be, but for the price I was willing to try out and I've been with them for over a year so I am glad I went with them. Communication with them has always been prompt and reliable. My favorite aspect is they send me ideas of what I should send as texts to customers so I'm not left wondering what would be a good thing to send out. I will be sure to use Emotive with every business I start.
Emotive has been an important part of our eCommerce stack. Their knowledge of how to best utilize SMS to increase traffic and conversions has been invaluable. They have been involved in every step of the process from onboarding to how to best utilize their broadcasts and experiences. We have truly had a partner in the entire process and we look forward to working with them for many years.
