Using either of the three available widgets, you can display a button directly on the product page for the users to download the manuals at a variant level, or create a custom page listing all manuals you offer in one place, or list all the the manuals at a variant level on the product page itself. Technical issues with online linking to PDF's. No response when you contact them on chat, or through the contact formular.
We apologise for any problems you may have faced when using our app, and also to hear about the lack of support you received.
This should not have been the case, hence we have implemented a new support system making sure we never miss a ticket again.

We are using this app to help our customers download the user manuals for our products.
The user manual can be downloaded from the product page or from the dedicated "user manuals" page, where the customer can search a product in the library.
The app is well thought for this use case. The app is great and we had it for a long time and I've seen it evolve and get better and better as time passed.
