Se me hace una buena plataforma, fácil de manejar.
El apoyo técnico es bueno, solo tener mejor cobertura en algunas zonas, ya que hemos querido mandar laguna tarima a una sucursal de estafeta que sabemos que recibe ocurre en volumen pero en la plataforma no nos da esa opción :(-

Servicio Lamentable o Inexistente, tenemos mas de un mes y medio con pedidos extraviados y solo nos dicen que es problema de la paquetería. Su chat en línea o whats app no resuelve absolutamente nada.
Nos piden enviar correos explicando el caso a un supuesto supervisor y nadie se digno en contestarlos
Se entiende que la paqueteria es la que gestiona y se hace cargo de los envios, pero si no ...
Tenemos una tienda con Shopify y Envia.com es nuestro principal aliado para todo el tema de logística en envios a nivel nacional. Ya llevamos más de dos años con la plataforma y definitivamente no nos cambiaríamos por ninguna otra. Es muy completa, funciona bien y es fácil de usar.
