Eprolo is the worst dropshipping agency I've ever worked with and I strongly advise against even considering working with them. Here are the biggest problems I've experienced:
Unreliable delivery times: Promised delivery times are completely unrealistic. Even if you pay extra for faster shipping, orders regularly arrive much later than stated. Customers are frustrated and this has a direct impact on your business.
Lies and incompetence: The support agents, especially Evelyn, are the epitome of unprofessionalism. One day you are told that a problem is solved, the next day everything is different again. You are obviously being lied to just to keep you quiet.
No responsibility for mistakes: If Eprolo makes a mistake - be it with the order, the product, shipping or communication - they take no responsibility whatsoever. Refunds? Not a chance! Instead, you are fobbed off with empty promises.
Poor product quality: The products delivered are often of inferior quality. This destroys customers' trust in your business and not only costs you money in the long term, but also your reputation.
Incorrect tracking information: The tracking numbers provided often don't work or show incorrect information. Customers are constantly asking where their order is and you can't provide a reasonable answer.
No transparency: From costs to delivery times, Eprolo is a mess. They don't keep their promises and leave you in the dark about what's really going on.
Poor communication: Customer service is extremely difficult to reach. When you finally reach someone, you feel like you're talking to a wall. No real solution, just standard phrases.
If you are looking for a dropshipping agency that is reliable, honest and professional, then Eprolo is the worst choice you can make. Your business deserves a partner that keeps its promises - and that's definitely not Eprolo!
The service from this company is horrible. Wrote to them 5 days ago and still not even a response. Yes I am aware that there was a holiday but I work with 2 other companies providing the same service and both of them responded at least within 48 hours. I honestly believe that these star reviews are fakes. Even when there is no holiday it takes them 3 days to respond, to simple questions very unprofessional horrible service.
im broke my store clothing , with that EPROLO , verry poor quality products with a bad attitudine from support contact, ever also the delivery its take more than 1 month for get it.
Be carefull on this type of app its broke my BUSSINS of 4 years , with FAKE SHIPPING TIME and ITEMS AND TERIFYED OF POOR QUALITY . please shopify delete this time of suppliers from here
Shopify, you should not be forcing me to give even 1 positive star. I should have the option of commenting without stars. Better still, allow negative starts, because that is what I would give here.
Where do I begin? Shipping times are not accurate. I purchased a product for myself and received and received it after 40 days, but it stated 14-25 days for delivery - that was after 12 days to process, even though it stated 2-3 days. I was charged a shipping fee but it said free shipping. Support told me that shipping times and costs are not always accurate and to please understand! Would my customers understand if I told them that? Product prices increased from between $5 - $20 and I was not notified. It takes a long time to manually check over 70 products frequently, to determine if there has been a price increase! Most of the products I look at have no descriptions. Support told me that is all the information they can provide and to please understand. Would my customers understand if I told them nothing about the product? Any time I have contacted support, they have no been interested in fixing issues. Rather, they brush it off as not important - bad customer service!
I posted the above on January 29, 2021. I now want to add to it. I have had nothing but issues from Eprolo. Processing times are not accurate - I have a product that is urgent. They said processing will be 3-5 days. How do they work that out when their app says 2-3 days? I have been emailing then and today I told them it was day 5 for this urgent product. An email came back saying it will take an additional 1-2 (2-3 had become 6-7) days because they found a stain on it. Wonder when they were going to let me know. They wouldn't have if I hadn't kept emailing them. They don't always let you know when products are out of stock or discontinued. This makes you look stupid with customers if they order that product. EPROLO, I PAID FOR THIS PRODUCT ON 6 MARCH AND YOU STILL HAVE NOT DISPATCHED IT AND YOU ARE NOT REPLYING TO MY EMAILS. If your 2-3, I mean 6-7 day processing is accurate accurate, this product should show shipping details, but surprise surprise, it doesn't. My customer i asking where their products are. Their inventory is not real-time, so you could list products that are no longer available. I have had a few orders that I have had to cancel because the products are not available. It is mt reptation, my business, but they don't care. I have had several orders where the processing has gone over time. They never have express shipping fees loaded, even though they claimed many months ago that they would all be loaded. I seem to waist so much time contacting them and waiting and waiting for a reply. This adds an extra couple of days to the delivery.
So, I have had numerous issues with Eprolo over the time I have been using their app ~ 2 years. Their answer to everything is very often "please understand". Well Eprolo, please understand that I have removed all of your products from my store and have found another supplier. Once you finally fulfill this last order, I will be removing your app.
Although they have a wide selection of product; shipping is not as they claim. There shipping is not faster than aliexpress. When express shipping is selected and paid for; they will charge you for express shipping, but do not ship express. When asked for a refund of express shipping fee they will not return it and tell you the item is already being shipped. Express shipping is also not available on all items as they make it seem, and you won't know what items are allowable until you go to place an order. If you can wait until whenever to receive items then go for it, but if your looking for a supplier with reasonable shipping timeframe; then this not the company to go with.
I have been working with them for over 6 months:
+ Delivery available to most countries. Other suppliers have less countries to deliver
+ Prices for some products below
- Inconvenient balance replenishment system, but if you immediately pay for orders with a credit card, then this is not a problem.
Addition: support has become worse... We have to wait for an answer for 3-4 days. Now there are problems with orders, but they do not help to solve them. They say they will check and you have to wait a very long time.
After I put 1 point, they began to work better and suggested that I raise the mark. I raised it to 4 points. Now I lowered it to 2 points so THEY AGAIN PAY ATTENTION TO MY PROBLEMS!
I am writing this a fellow seller to let anyone considering using this App to not do so. Entrusting my business to this APP, the products and shipping has been more than detrimental to my business and its reputation. I am unsure how I will truly recover from all of Eprolo's lapses. I trusted this APP for several reasons. I trusted that if Shopify offered it...then it was reputable. I regret not reading the reviews which is why I am truly taking the time to place this here for all to see and know. Please do not let this happen to you. Although the APP is wonderfully created and looks so very promising, please don't be fooled like I have been. The shipping times are horrendous, US expressing shipping truly is not available. You will not be informed of this until after you have placed the order, paid for express shipping and inquire as to why this order has yet to ship. Only then, will you be informed that they cannot ship your product expeditiously. You will be stuck with explaining to your customers, repeatedly apologizing and refunding more often than not. The tracking numbers they provide really lead to nowhere traceable. If it does finally show anything it will still say processing and the order is being prepared to be shipped. I will be transparent and tell you that out of 100 plus order only 2 people (that I can tell thus far) have received any items. One of those I had to fully refund, because the item they ordered came worn, tattered and stained. They stated that it literally looked used (baby anti roll pillow). When reaching out the company about concerns they or either non-responsive of half responsive and never fully address your issue. The use of this App has been a customer service nightmare for me. I am constantly met with inquiries about where the orders are, refund request, or tracking updates to which it is very difficult to provide because again the tracking does not lead anywhere. If I could give "zero" stars I would. I want you all to know about this. If you care about your business reputation (which I know we all do) be mindful of this app. We work hard to build our business, reputations and brands. We do not deserve to entrust a company such as this with our reputation only for promises to go unfulfilled. The only thing I can hope for at this point is that my service recovery works with my customers in an attempt to rebuild. This has truly cost me much more than money... Please learn from my experience and save yourself the head and heart ache. I am happy to show anyone all of my initiated refunds, complaints, etc... to help anyone that may need it...I truly hope this helps someone who is freshly starting out. Avoid this pitfall. I wish you all the very best.

It takes 18 days MINIMUM for shipping
I hate to write such a review but I feel this needs to be said.
The customer service is terrible.
Good luck getting ahold of anyone when you need a answer quickly.
There are on a different time zone and it can take about 24 hours to get a answer and even then its not usually the correct question that needs to be answered. So you re-ask the question again and wait another 24 hours.
THEN here is the real kick in the pants.
If you import any items in the URL area ( importing Ali Express items etc.)
they charge you a extra fee on top of the original price as a "finder fee" because according to them theyre needing to "find" the item.
I had a item that normally costs me $3.50 they bumped it to $12.00
plus shipping.
I was forced to buy off-line because of this price increase.
I contacted Shopify right away and they contacted the company and the company said they didn't do it.
However I have copies and screen shots proving what they did and them also admitting to it.
Because of their 'finder fees" unethical business practices and lack of customer service I deleted over 600 + items , hours of time, including me paying someone to write beautiful descriptions on each product.
THAT should tell you right there just how serious I am.
1. your shipping isn't 4-8 days its 18
2. I also paid for speedy express shipping on one item because I was told the item would take a month and the item STILL isn't delivered., I now have a upset client. The express shipping was refunded to me however they admitted that it was never applied to the product and they're " sorry"
3. $400 down the tubes to hire someone to write product descriptions that cant transfer to a different company even if its the same product.
I wish someone would've warned me like I am warning you.

Alot of products from eprolo are more expensive than local shops here in the UK. very difficult to use eprolo as a supplier of goods. no profit to be made.
new update as of 28.02.19 - placed order on the 12.02.19. order was shipped to america when i am in the UK. The tracking number is not working. its been 16 days for something they should be 5 - 8 days. Customer refund will be required soon i think. Not very good service at all.
Thank you for your review. Please note that the price at EPROLO is higher than Aliexpress because EPROLO will never use a slow shipping method, fast shipping costs more and it makes the amount of the price higher. Thanks
