This app worked well for few years but in Q4 2024 it stopped working. The Shopify App does not work, does not provide access to product boxes, weight, dimensions, etc.
Requested customer support for weeks. No reply
Checked eShipper website. No way to get support
It is a ghost company now. We will have to remove it from our store.
After many years of good service, suddenly, in September 2024 everything changed:
- New buggy and unpolished app;
- Suddenly, cannot purchase Canada Post label anymore... Arguing that we need to deposit all our daily package to 45mn from our place and not at Canada Post directly anymore.
- Pricing of UPS also skyrocket in September 2024 without any reason.
Sorry to see sunch a decline in what used to be a very good entreprise.
Stay Away, Nothing but problems out of the gate. App didn't work properly, unable to show customer info, and Nothing but issues. I managed to ship a few packages and was double-billed for one. Then apparently there were some system issues and incorrect shipment details were displayed, eshipper tried to charge me an additional $576 due to their system error. Still dealing with customer service to refund over a dozen additional charges that were not authorized. What a nightmare.
