The app is so so easy to use. It's reliable, simple but delivers what I need and I love looking at all my timers (email included) in one spot. As soon as my timers are up my sales are too. It is very clear they are making a difference in my sales.

I had a question regarding the countdowns, so I contacted support

On their app, it said they might take a few hours to get back to me — but that wasn’t true!

Within minutes, Samuel reached out and answered my question:

“Does the countdown show in my time zone or the customer’s time zone?”

He patiently explained (several times, with great detail) that everyone around the world sees the same remaining time — meaning the timer doesn’t adjust based on the customer’s location.

Because of that, I now understand that when I set it to end on “Date X, 12 AM,” it’s my 12 AM, not theirs!

I am very happy with this countdown timer app. There were others to choose from but this one was very easy to download and to navigate. I was able to choose a design that worked best for me and also customize it as well. If you are looking for a app that is hassle free pick this one you won't be disappointed.
