The user interface seems unnecessarily complicated, but the app does what it needs to do and allows you to be very detailed. I had a few questions and issues, but customer service was very quick to help and fixed my issue in minutes.

Essential Grid Gallery, was the easiest gallery app to use, very user friendly.
I can display my pictures and Youtube videos nicely and well sorted.

Nice plugin and best support

I am having this issue where my images appear cropped, but when I import them into my media gallery they appear with a white border. Sometimes the white border appears and sometimes it disappears. It would be nice if there was a way to crop natively in the app. But other than that the app works beautifully. I love how clean it looks on my store.
